This ink review is about the Iroshizuku ajisai ink. I bought this bottle at PenGallery in Malaysia. My experiences with this shop are good. 
In my search for a nice red, a lot of people on the Fountain Pen Network advised Sheaffer Skrip red. This ink was amazingly good. So I bought some more bottles with other colors. This bottle I bought at a small store in Groningen (The Netherlands) called Vulpenwereld (translation Fountain Pen World). It is a store where the owner still knows a lot on his business. 
I bought this vintage ink at a local flea-market. I saw three of these bottles with the right box. I paid $ 10,= for these beauty's. One box was a little bit damaged. 
I bought this bottle at The Writing Desk in the United Kingdom. It is a remarkable ink. I tested this ink in a Pelikan M1000 (fine) for two weeks at my office.
Sailor brought some great colors in a limited edition for winter 2009. These are the first Sailor inks in my collection. I put some Sailor Jentle Ink Yuku Akari light blue in my Lamy Safari (medium) and wrote this review. The pictures are made in the wonderful Dutch snow. My daughter Jessica was willing to be model for four reviews in this Limited Edition ink. ;-) I read Sailor made only 500 bottles of each color.
J. Herbin Éclat de Saphir is a nice ink from a French manufacturer. J. Herbin is represented and distributed in the United States by Exaclair, Inc. located in New York City. I put this ink in my Visconti Van Gogh Maxi (fine) that I bought in Florence Italy. I had a great weekend with my wife their. This ink costs about $ 0,30/ml.
Reading my previous posts on Iroshizuku inks you can't have misunderstood that I am impressed by the Iroshizuku line-up of fountainpen inks. This review is about the kon-peki and was bought at Jetpens. 
Aurora Blue is another regular fountainpen ink that works great on Moleskine paper.I bought this bottle at Art Brown International Penshop. This shop has a lot of ink. And from what I heard on forum's it has a lot of expertise.

I did get my first Montblanc Blue Black ink when I bought my Montblanc 146 (fine-nib) fountainpen. This ink behaved very well on Moleskine paper. This Moleskine-paper has a love/hate relatioship with fountainpen inks all over the world. Allthough with this Montblanc Blue Black no bleedtrough or feathering is seen in any of my Moleskine books. I thought all ink of Montblanc did have this quality. But when I bought the color Racing green I was very dissapointed. It was going trough my Moleskine paper as if it was water. So their is a quest wich I labeled "100% moleskine proof".
