My al new Lamy Al-Star italic nib 1.1 Silver Blue. My first experience with an italic nib. I bought this pen at Art Brown.

I purchased a 1.1 italic at Art Brown and put it one one of my Safari's. I put a 1.5 on another. Running Noodler's Blue Black with the 1.1, and Forest Green with the 1.5. Both are fun to use and write wonderfully. The 1.1 with blue black is perhaps a little wet, and there's nib creep with both, but still I like them.
The next things on my wish list are a complete set of 1.1, 1.5 and 1.9 nibs that I will just swap on my Al Star.
